Job Title: Senior Academic Director

Job Description:

The Senior Academic Director will serve as the chief academic officer of the institution, responsible for providing strategic leadership, ensuring academic excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

  • Academic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement curricula that align with institutional goals and industry demands.
    • Collaborate with faculty to promote research, publications, and academic innovation.
    • Foster partnerships with industry, universities, and research organizations to enhance student learning experiences.
  • Administration & Governance:
    • Manage day-to-day operations, including admissions, examinations, and student affairs.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between the institution and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and community leaders.
  • Quality & Accreditation:
    • Oversee accreditation processes and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
    • Promote a culture of quality improvement and continuous enhancement in academics and infrastructure.
  • Student Development:
    • Design and implement programs to support student success, including mentorship, counseling, and career guidance.
    • Foster a sense of community among students, faculty, and staff through extracurricular and co-curricular activities.
  • Financial & Resource Management:
    • Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial planning.
    • Oversee infrastructure development and maintenance to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
