Job Overview:

We're seeking a seasoned Growth and Retention Marketing Expert to spearhead user and merchant growth across the entire lifecycle. As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be responsible for owning growth strategies, building campaigns that scale app downloads, increase stickiness, and drive merchant acquisition through smart targeting and funnel design.

You will build marketing engines from scratch, leveraging analytics and experimentation to drive business outcomes. Key responsibilities include planning and managing paid campaigns, driving app installs, signups, and merchant acquisition, designing lifecycle journeys, running A/B tests, segmenting users, and personalizing communication.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 8-10 years of experience in growth/performance/lifecycle marketing, proficiency in tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, HubSpot, MoEngage, VWO, and a strong analytics and experimentation mindset. A fintech/app/payments background is a plus, but not required.
