Key Responsibilities
- Meet monthly sales targets and distribution goals for mandated assortment at the point of sale.
- Execute the 6Ps strategies at stores, aligned with customer marketing and execution excellence guidelines.
- Represent Beam Suntory with customers, delivering exceptional customer service and business solutions.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints, providing timely solutions.
- Manage all paperwork and signatures to ensure effective sales processes.
- Consolidate customer claims and submit them to the company in a timely manner.
- Visit customers according to the service norm defined for the territory.
- Keep POS information up-to-date by uploading required information in the 'sales force' software.
- Train customer employees on our brands to build product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Sales Manager to engage and develop key customers.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and achievement-oriented working environment.
Requirements
- Graduate or MBA degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in managing Key Account Customers, preferably in the Alcobev industry.
