We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter, IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top IT talent to support our clients' growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Hiring Leaders to build effective sourcing, assessment, and onboarding approaches.
  • Prepare and contribute proactive status reports and/or drive conversations on hiring progress for active searches.
  • Build and maintain a talent network of potential candidates through proactive market research and exceptional relationship management.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates and demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
  • Develop research to map out markets and generate candidate names and profiles.
  • Calibrate candidates prior to scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base of the group by sharing new information about industries and talent pools or profile types.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in recruiting, either in-house or through a search firm.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Inquisitive and with a knack for doing good research.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strategic in nature and a problem-solver.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, delivering results quickly without compromising quality.
  • Agile in thinking and executing goals, with a strong understanding of the big picture.
  • Embodies the TaskUs Core Values.
  • Excellent organizational skills in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
