The Role:

In this exciting role, you will utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and candidates, maintain recruitment databases, and prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents. You will also contribute to ongoing talent acquisition projects and initiatives, serving as a point of contact for candidates and providing timely updates.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Identification: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other methods to identify top talent for BFSI roles.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and candidates, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents, including job postings and offer letters.
  • Talent Acquisition Projects: Contribute to ongoing talent acquisition projects and initiatives, driving results-oriented strategies.

Your Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Mandatory experience in recruitment from the Banking and NBFC industry.
