We seek a dynamic and technically grounded Head of Information Security to lead our security strategy across infrastructure.

The ideal candidate combines system administration, deep AWS/cloud security expertise, executive communication, and coordination of compliance deliverables under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead security operations across systems, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
  • Drive secure configuration across environments.
  • Architect and enforce AWS security policies (IAM, SCP, GuardDuty).
  • Present risk insights and metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Embed security practices into software development lifecycle.
  • Manage rapid compliance preparation (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
  • Ensure turnaround times on InfoSec requests.
  • Guide user access control, data governance, and identity lifecycle management.

Required Skills:

  • 8–12 years in security leadership and system administration.
  • Deep AWS/cloud security proficiency (IAM, KMS, Terraform).
  • Proven communicator with executive presence and reporting fluency.
  • Experience in SDLC, code scanning, and secure testing methodologies.

Qualifications:

A degree in engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, AWS Security Specialty are also preferred.
