Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based IAM systems to ensure secure access to resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to application modernization projects by supporting multiple customers with environment support and cloud environment monitoring.
  • Manage access in Azure, AWS, and Alibaba Cloud.
  • Analyze requests, finalize details, and prepare changes for non-standard requests.
  • Work with Directory Services (AD on-prem and Azure AD).
  • Support authentication services, privileged access management services, lifecycle management services, user management services, and zero trust access management services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in an Identity and Access Management (IAM) related role.
  • Strong understanding of identity provisioning concepts (onboarding, changes, offboarding).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical issues to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow in a Cloud IAM context.
  • Understanding of cloud security fundamentals (network, infrastructure, and application security).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
