Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to drive our security initiatives forward. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements for IAM projects.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to understand their access needs and security concerns.
  • Conduct current state analysis of existing IAM processes and systems, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Develop process flows, use cases, user stories, and other documentation for IAM solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and accurately translated into technical designs.
  • Support the testing phase by reviewing test cases, validating solutions against requirements, and assisting with user acceptance testing.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in IAM and cybersecurity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on IAM projects.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies.
  • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with specific IAM vendor solutions.
  • Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Cybersecurity.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms and their IAM services.
