We are looking for an exceptional Corporate Insurance Servicing Manager who can drive profitability in the corporate insurance space. If you have a proven track record in client servicing, policy renewals, and sales planning, this could be the ideal position for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth
- Implement effective client retention and policy renewal processes
- Identify opportunities for alternative channels and penetrate the group business market
- Maintain accurate client databases and update sales processes accordingly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and agents
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform business decisions
- A bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience in client servicing and corporate account management
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills for driving business growth
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery
