Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to oversee our international voice process operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling inbound and outbound customer service operations in a BPO or call center environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Leading and mentoring a team of voice process executives.
  2. Ensuring high-quality calls and driving performance metrics.
  3. Resolving escalations efficiently and effectively.
  4. Conducting regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  5. Collaborating with support teams to ensure seamless operations.


To be considered for this role, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in voice process (international experience preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team handling role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours if required.
  • Immediate starters or those with short notice periods are preferred.
