Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers in a professional manner

- Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions in the database
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals
