Regional Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured and periodic investigations to ensure process adherence in assigned microfinance branches.
  • Collect field intelligence and customer insights from quality assurance executives, providing actionable recommendations to the business team.
  • Maintain quality standards across allocated regions by analyzing reports, analytics, and suggesting corrective actions.
  • Ensure timely compliance with observations highlighted by the quality team.
  • Implement disciplinary measures for deviant behavior or deliberate process lapses.
  • Verify branch-level compliances from administrative and statutory perspectives.
  • Lead regional quality reviews, involving root cause analysis and promise-to-pay assessments. Guide the business team on overdue follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the corporate office on report-related issues, TAT, grievances, and project execution.
  • Oversee credit functions for micro-enterprise loans, including market research as needed.
