Customer Support Representative Role Overview

In addition, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads and smooth conversion into enrolled students.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
