The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and finances. They will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness, and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent leadership skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in all aspects of food and beverage operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial management, marketing, and human resources principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
