Job Title: Senior Construction Project LeadA seasoned project lead is required to oversee the execution of commercial ICI construction projects from inception to completion.About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project work plans, schedules, and milestones, as well as providing regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Project Management:
    • Develop project work plans, schedules, and milestones;
    • Manage all phases of commercial ICI construction projects;
    • Evaluate and recommend contractors and subcontractors;
    • Coordinate with site supervisors to monitor on-site progress and address any field issues;
    • Maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software;
    • Handle all project administration, including submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, site instructions, deficiency reports, and closeout packages;
  • Commercial Acumen:
    • Prepare cost estimates, bid packages, and tender submissions for ICI projects;
    • Issue and manage purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers;
    • Track subcontractor invoices and prepare project billing and progress claims;
    • Maintain strict budget control and identify cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Represent the company at project meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders;
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors through proactive communication;
    • Address project challenges and conflicts promptly to avoid delays;

This is a part-time position with a hybrid work model – a combination of remote work and in-person site visits or office meetings as required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and be proficient in construction management software.
