Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in Salesforce platforms and integrations, playing a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving business success.

As a Salesforce Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing integration solutions, and implementing robust and scalable Salesforce integrations with both internal and external systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration, enabling the organization to make informed decisions based on real-time data.

Your strong analytical skills, coupled with your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, will be essential for navigating challenges and providing innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce integrations.

- Design and develop integration solutions between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and other tools.

- Configure Salesforce to optimize integrations based on best practices and performance requirements.

- Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing support to resolve them promptly.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes and workflows.

- Train end-users and provide support for Salesforce usage and best practices related to integrations.
