Job Title: Salesforce DevOps Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our Salesforce DevOps initiatives in Noida, India.

  • Design and implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines for Salesforce applications using Jenkins/GitLab CI.
  • Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and version control best practices in Git/GitLab.
  • Automate deployment processes for Salesforce using SFDX, Metadata API, ANT, or other deployment tools.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot build/release processes to ensure seamless deployments.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and architects to streamline release management.
  • Implement security, compliance, and governance policies within Salesforce DevOps workflows.
  • Develop scripts in YAML, Shell, or Python to automate repetitive tasks and enhance pipeline efficiency.

In this role, you will play a key part in streamlining our development processes and ensuring the quality of our Salesforce solutions. As a seasoned DevOps expert, you will drive innovation and excellence in our team.

Requirements:
  • Expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitLab CI.
  • Strong knowledge of source code management using Git/GitLab.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like SFDX, Metadata API, ANT.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
