Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Migration & Implementation Specialist to lead and support CRM transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience migrating from various CRMs to Salesforce, configuring Service Cloud, and delivering scalable solutions that improve customer support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end migration projects from CRMs to Salesforce.

• Set up and customize Salesforce environments, including apps, home pages, dashboards, and reports.

• Create and customize Visualforce templates with HTML for improved UI and customer communication.

• Configure and optimize Omni-Channel for enhanced team efficiency and response times.

• Develop and apply validation rules to maintain data accuracy.

• Build and enhance Email-to-Case functionality for better case management.

• Design custom fields and data capture mechanisms to support business needs.

• Implement automation using Flows to reduce manual work and improve processes.

• Manage user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets for security and compliance.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

• Provide training and post-implementation support to ensure adoption and success.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience.

• Strong experience in CRM data migration to Salesforce preferred.

• Proficiency with Visualforce, Flows, Validation Rules, and Omni-Channel.

• Excellent understanding of Service Cloud features and best practices.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
