We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Healthcare Operations Manager to lead the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing administrative tasks, patient schedules, and coordinating with healthcare providers for referrals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership and direction to clinic staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Developing and implementing strategic plans, goals, and objectives for the clinic
- Monitoring and evaluating clinic performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures
- Developing and implementing operational protocols to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Managing clinic resources effectively, including budgeting, staffing, and equipment procurement
- Maintaining inventory of clinic supplies and equipment and coordinating replenishment as needed
- Coordinating schedules and assignments for clinic staff and administrative personnel
- Providing support and guidance to staff members, ensuring adherence to clinic policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to maintain and generate referrals, including physicians, nurses, and specialists, to optimize patient care delivery
- Coordinating with external stakeholders, such as doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other referral sources
- Must have excellent communication skills, English
- Comfortable with traveling to all branches and client doctors
