Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled OEM Business Development Manager to join our team at Maruti Suzuki India Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales planning and commercial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales planning for OEM business including OEM sales to TKM and OEM purchase from TKM.
- Closely collaborate with MSIL departments such as M&S, Supply Chain, and PPC, as well as TKM Sales and TKM Production Planning.
- Develop and manage annual business plans, oversee vehicle purchases, and maintain day-to-day supply business.
- Project manage with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of sales planning, volume handling, financial management, profitability analysis, and commercial know-how.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for professional communication.
- Dedication to timely project completion, with excellent conceptual thinking and analytical ability.
- Strong teamwork skills.
