About the Role
FIS is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Risk & Compliance suite development team, you will be responsible for working on a product in the regulatory risk domain.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be working on developing Regulatory Reports mainly for Credit Risk and Counterparty Credit Risk. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Referring regulatory guidelines to understand the requirement and prepare specification.
- Liaising with senior BA and product management to finalize specification and design for regulatory reports.
- Liaising with dev team to get the reports implemented.
- Functional testing of reports after development, signing off features.
- Active participation in scrum process and JIRA board updates.
- Documentation of release notes, user guides.
- Client issues support and resolution.
- Presentation of functionality to relevant stakeholders and sales teams.
- Ownership for process improvements and product delivery.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Hands-on experience in preparing and populating regulatory reporting for Credit Risk and Counterparty Risk.
- Understanding of different approaches for calculation of above regulatory risks.
- Ability to understand requirement from regulatory documents and translate to solution design.
- Knowledge of financial instruments, financial markets.
- Knowledge of Basel 2/3/4 jurisdictions, EBA CRR2, PRA, or other regulations.
- Highly professional, client focus and passion for learning.
- Good understanding of Agile development practices.
- Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
