As a Business Systems Analyst Specialist at FIS, you will be working on a product in the regulatory risk domain. This product covers regulatory reporting across ALM, liquidity, credit risk, counterparty credit risk for EBA, PRA, FINMA jurisdictions. The area of work would be related to developing Regulatory Reports mainly for Credit Risk and Counterparty Credit Risk.
Main Responsibilities
1. Referring regulatory guidelines to understand the requirement and prepare specification. This is also required to validate regulatory calculations.
2. Liaising with senior BA and product management to finalize specification and design for regulatory reports.
3. Liaising with dev team to get the reports implemented.
4. Functional testing of reports after development, signing off features.
5. Active participation in scrum process and JIRA board updates.
6. Documentation of release notes, user guides.
7. Client issues support and resolution.
8. Presentation of functionality to relevant stakeholders and sales teams.
9. Ownership for process improvements and product delivery.
What You Bring
1. Hands-on experience in preparing and populating regulatory reporting for Credit Risk and Counterparty Risk.
2. Understanding of different approaches for calculation of above regulatory risks.
3. Ability to understand requirement from regulatory documents and translate to solution design.
4. Knowledge of financial instruments, financial markets.
5. Knowledge of Basel 2/3/4 jurisdictions, EBA CRR2, PRA, or other regulations.
6. Highly professional, client focus and passion for learning.
7. Good understanding of Agile development practices.
8. Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
