Process Trainer

This role involves overseeing and facilitating daily training programs for agents within the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement coaching strategies to support agent growth and performance.
  • Design and deliver engaging training content in a classroom environment, incorporating effective presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Prepare comprehensive training materials through hands-on demonstrations and group learning sessions.
  • Monitor and evaluate individual training performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions from training to production environments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant products and services to provide expert support.
  • Facilitate open communication among managers, peers, and other stakeholders to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the development of training programs by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Bpharma, Mpharma).
  • Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. They should also demonstrate adaptability, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and delivering results.
