Job Title: Experienced Java Professional

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill a key role in our organization.

Job Description:

As a Java Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to learners on Core Java, Advanced Java, and related frameworks. You will facilitate personalized blended learning experiences, evaluate learner progress, and provide support throughout the training process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Assess learner skills and abilities to determine the best approach for their learning needs.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement comprehensive training programs.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to learners.
  • Evaluate and improve training content and delivery methods regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, CSS3, Ajax, Angular, React JS, REST.
  • Experience with Struts 2.0/Spring 5.0 frameworks and above.
  • Strong understanding of web application development and database concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
