Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven Sales Assistant Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, management, and client relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies that meet business objectives.
- Motivate and guide a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the company's client base.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews for the sales team.
- Prepare reports, analyze market trends, and share insights with management for better decision-making.
- Support in resolving escalated client queries and ensure smooth operations.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales, including at least 3-8 years in a supervisory/team-handling role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets within deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
