In this dynamic role, you will ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance are met across our QA & Export operations. You will be responsible for conducting supplier audits, investigating customer complaints, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure implementation and maintenance of BRC, ISO 22000, and ISO 9001 standards across QA & Export operations.

  2. Conduct supplier audits to assess and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

  3. Lead investigations and resolution of customer complaints, ensuring root cause analysis and effective corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

  4. Assist in developing and maintaining QA documentation including SOPs, audit checklists, and compliance reports.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure food safety and product integrity.

  6. Support external and internal audits, including customer audits and certification bodies.

  7. Monitor and review compliance performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

  8. Provide training and awareness on quality standards and compliance procedures across the organization.

  9. Monitor and ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, including documentation, licensing, labelling, and periodic updates.

Requirements:

  • Degree in food technology/ biotechnology, Microbiology, Quality Management, or a related field.

  • Certified Internal Auditor for BRC/ISO standards (preferred).

  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance / Compliance within Food industry.
