At Smith Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. Our team is looking for a Financial Transactional Process Expert to deliver effective and efficient finance transactional processes and controls from a Global Business Services (GBS) Centre.

About the Role

This role requires delivering financial transactional processes and controls in line with the Group Finance Manual and Minimum Acceptable Practices (MAPs). The successful candidate will be responsible for process invoices in workflow, including PO, Non-PO, MRBR, GRIR, and vendor reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices in workflow: PO, Non-PO, MRBR, GRIR
  • Vendor reconciliation: Ensure accurate payments under invoice to pay services
  • Understand customer policies and adapt
  • Converse with partners in various countries across the world
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational background: Graduate or Postgraduate Degree in Commerce (B Com or M Com)
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in International BPO or BPM
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in Accounts Payable and Procure to Pay is preferred
  • MS Office skills are essential
