Financial Transaction Manager

Job Description:
This role involves managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance to handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
- Assist in tax filings and compliance reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Work closely with auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Process payroll and manage employee expense claims.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or other accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of taxation and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in auditing or financial analysis.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
