Job Role:

As a Telecalling Fresher, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. This role involves answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company, as well as contacting existing customers and prospective customers using scripts.

  • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
  • Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications
  • Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services
  • Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals
  • Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner
  • Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue
  • Collecting and recording customer feedback to improve products and services

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using computer software and technology
Additional Skills:

This role also requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, think critically and solve problems efficiently. You must be able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
