Telecaller for E-commerce Sales

Job Overview:
As a Telecaller, your primary goal is to connect with customers who have abandoned their carts on our website and encourage them to complete their purchases.
Main Responsibilities- You will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, convincing them to make a purchase, and answering any questions they may have about products or offers.
- Our ideal candidate will be able to share active promotions, provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate call logs.
- Additionally, you will be expected to achieve assigned sales and recovery targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- A minimum of prior telecalling or telesales experience is preferred, although it's not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English are essential, with regional languages being an added advantage.
- You should be comfortable making between 100-150 calls per day and possess a persuasive, confident, and target-driven attitude.
- Basic Excel skills and the ability to work independently from home are also required.
