Job Title:

Wireless Systems Design Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of experts in wireless systems design engineering.

  • We are looking for a skilled engineer with a strong background in WLAN PHY TX and RX design paths, algorithms that control the various aspects of wireless systems, and experience with test plan verification to ensure compliance with WiFi standards.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative DV methodologies to continuously push the quality and efficiency of test benches.
  • Candidates should have a good understanding of WiFi standards and experience with GLS, scripting languages such as Perl, Python, and formal / static verification methodologies will be a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing test plans to verify WiFi standards including 11BE, sequences and design components.
  • Designing and verifying wireless systems using System Verilog/UVM based verification skills and experience with assertion & coverage-based verification methodology.
  • Collaborating with worldwide design, silicon, and architecture teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong system-level design skills and experience with hardware engineering or related work.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • 3+ years industry experience with below skillset : Strong System Verilog/UVM based verification skills & experience with assertion & coverage-based verification methodology.
