Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Government Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue generation from key public sector accounts.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead revenue and pipeline generation, managing client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other methods.

You will also be responsible for preparing approach notes, proposal documents, and pitches, as well as communicating effectively with stakeholders and ensuring client satisfaction through quality and timely responses to their queries.

  1. Lead Revenue Generation:
  • Drive business growth with individual sales targets
  • Manage client relationships from end-to-end
Identify New Sales Opportunities:
  • Contact potential clients to establish network, arrange meetings, and support customer outreach
  • Research new market opportunities and clients
Prepare Proposal Documents:
  • Translate client-provided information into clear program objectives and learning outcomes
  • Support in program documentation and create knowledge collaterals
Communicate Effectively:
  • Reply to client queries within one working day
  • Ensure client satisfaction through quality and timely responses

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Master's Degree: In business administration or education or a related discipline
  • Technical Skills: Experience in curriculum design and blended learning, MS Office, especially Excel
  • Behavioral Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and diagnostic skills, good questioning, probing, and listening skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, multitasking ability with superior time management skills
