Job Description

Purpose of this role is to craft a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives growth opportunities, seamlessly integrates online and offline channels, and develops a consistent and highly-appealing digital environment for customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition nationwide.
  • Align stakeholders to design a coherent consumer journey, boosting conquest & loyalty.
  • Establish consistent brand communication across all digital touchpoints, prioritizing key interactions to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget to maximize performance and ROI.

Digital Campaign Management and Paid Media:

  • Lead digital agencies and campaigns from planning to analysis and optimization.
  • Drive continuous improvement and paid media performance to maximize ROI.

Social Media & Website Management:

  • Lead social media performance with innovative content.
  • Oversee Online Reputation Management and develop mitigation plans by monitoring online mentions and reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish high-quality live dashboards of digital marketing performance/campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and steer KPIs and online channels nationwide.

Dealership Steering:

  • Lead digital Marketing activities incl. paid media of retailers using best practices.
  • Escalate requirements to retailer management to ensure the use of relevant systems and tools to track and enhance performance.
