About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Professional to manage ecommerce order lifecycle.

  • Raise disputes for customer returned goods with marketplace platforms and logistic partners.
  • Raise disputes for wrong commission/logistic charges/other charges with marketplace platforms.
  • Analyse payment settlement reports for any discrepancies and take corrective actions.
  • Develop strong processes to identify payment discrepancies and resolutions as per guidelines and timelines.
  • Create regular management information systems for stakeholders.

You will work closely with teams to prevent payment discrepancies. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to handle large volumes of e-commerce data.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or relevant field.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce/marketplace payment dispute management or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Excel required.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce/marketplaces is mandatory.
