Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an International Student Application Coordinator. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and seamless experience of international students during their admission journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage student applications for study abroad programs across various destinations, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Review and verify application documents to guarantee compliance with university and visa requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changing regulations.
  • Assist students in filling out university application forms, preparing supporting documents, and tracking application status, providing clear guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Coordinate with universities and institutions regarding admission requirements, offers, and updates, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, offers, deposits, and other admission-related milestones in our CRM system.
  • Provide students and counselors with timely updates regarding application progress and outcomes, offering valuable insights and recommendations when needed.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines for applications, conditional offer requirements, and final submissions, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing time efficiently.
  • Support in offer acceptance, fee payments, and pre-departure documentation as required, ensuring a seamless transition for students.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of student cases, promoting a cohesive and supportive work environment.
  • Stay updated on university requirements, intake deadlines, and policy changes to guide students effectively, staying adaptable and responsive to evolving circumstances.
