Job Title: International Visa Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced professional to handle student visa applications for European countries.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with students from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a seamless experience in securing their visas. As our ideal candidate, you will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end student visa filing process for European countries, including Germany, Finland, France, Italy, Cyprus, and others.
  • Review and verify all visa-related documents thoroughly to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/VFS requirements.
  • Schedule VFS appointments and coordinate with students regarding necessary documentation and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing embassy rules and immigration guidelines for EU countries.
  • Filing university applications on behalf of students, ensuring all forms, essays, and documents meet specific criteria.
  • Maintaining and managing individual student files, tracking application status and visa processing timelines.
  • Communicating professionally with students, universities, and consulates as needed.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in student visa processing, with specific expertise in European visa applications.
  • Strong knowledge of VFS processes, embassy rules, and document verification for countries like Germany, France, Finland, etc.
  • Experience in university application filing (online portals, SOPs, LORs, documentation, etc.).
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PDFs, and document conversion/formatting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international relations, law, or business).
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
