Job Title: Visa Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end visa application process management for UK business, work, and visitor visas.
  • Client-focused approach to deliver timely requirements through efficient process management.
  • Validation and maintenance of visa checklists for accuracy.
  • Compliance review of visa applications and supporting documents with Consulate/Embassy requirements.
  • Guidance on mandatory Consulate/Embassy submission requirements for employees/client SPOCs.
  • Effective coordination with back-office team for updates, document collection, and application/passport submissions at VFS/consulates.
  • Strategic relationship building with VFS Global and Embassy/Consulate officials.
  • Service delivery in accordance with agreed terms and service level agreements.
  • Development of knowledge base and regular updating on immigration regulations and visa processes.
  • Implementation of process improvements for greater efficiency and sharing insights with the team.
  • Tailored cover/support letters prepared for client-specific visa applications.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in handling business, work, and dependent visa processes; prior experience with UK immigration is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in an MNC, corporate office, or as a backend support staff member is beneficial.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a proactive attitude toward continuous learning.
  • Strong understanding of corporate immigration trends and client servicing standards.
  • Mandatory knowledge of UK, Ireland, and Schengen visa processes.
  • Proficient in Excel and capable of generating comprehensive reports.
  • Open to new challenges and committed to delivering high-quality client service.
