Mobile App Developer and Trainer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Mobile App Developer and Trainer to join our team. As a Mobile App Developer and Trainer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms, as well as delivering training sessions to clients in Western countries.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with international students and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and build high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and best practices.
  • Deliver training sessions to clients in Western countries, helping them understand key concepts and best practices in Flutter development.
  • Serve as a trainer and assist in training fellow team members as required.
  • Capture feedback from every session and student, ensuring that it is updated in the database and shared with senior management for review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Coding (Flutter or React Native) with hands-on experience in building mobile applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with international students and customers.
  • Online Platforms: Familiarity with platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, as well as proficiency in Google suite applications.
  • Customer Service: Ability to maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a calendar of sessions, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of training.
