Mobile Application Developer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing mobile applications that meet the needs of our users.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mobile application development principles and practices, as well as experience working with React Native. You will be able to design and develop high-quality mobile applications that are user-friendly and meet the requirements of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mobile applications using React Native
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure that all applications meet the required standards
  • Test and debug applications to ensure they are free from errors and perform as expected
  • Work with the product team to understand their requirements and deliver applications that meet their needs

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in building mobile apps using React Native
  • Proficient in the Typescript ecosystem, including monorepos
  • Strong understanding of interface guidelines for Apple and Android apps
  • Experience submitting apps on the App Store and the Play Store
  • Ability to debug and optimize complex systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with mapping libraries in React Native or native frameworks
  • Understanding of the native iOS and Android ecosystems
  • Good knowledge of UX best practices for SaaS-based interfaces & AI
  • Contributions to open-source projects
