Job Title: Technical Proposal Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Proposal Specialist to contribute to our organization's success. The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating and preparing technical proposals for control panels, SCADA systems, and other related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and evaluate technical documents for project bidding processes, including system architectures, bills of materials, and basic designs.
  • Organize bid initiation and review meetings, ensuring timely clarification on bid submissions.
  • Lead core teams to evaluate customer requirements and produce technical responses to RFQs from current and potential customers.
  • Perform site visits to collect information and address commercial and technical meetings with prospective clients.
  • Monitor progress and prepare weekly reports on project status.

Requirements:

  • Basic electrical and control knowledge with experience in estimation of DCS, PLC, RTU, SCADA, HMI, MCC, PCC, VFD, APFC & other control panels.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and select switchgear according to motor load lists.
  • Knowledge of current load calculations, bus bar selection, and AutoCAD.
  • A team player with strong communication, analytical, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Honeywell systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel for preparation of GA.

Working Conditions:

  • Located in Handewadi, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • BE Electrical/Electronics/ENTC/Instrumentation degree required.
