About the Role

We are looking for a talented product manager who will work closely with business stakeholders and internal teams to identify product requirements and ensure alignment with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in managing UPI business and creating engaging products for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Work with business leads to understand product use cases, customer journeys, and business applicability
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to drive KPIs for respective product use cases
  • Collaborate with PSP banks and NPCI on key compliance requirements
  • Brainstorm new products with cross-functional teams to meet organizational requirements
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree from a reputable institution
  • Professional experience in product management or analytical roles (2-5 years)
  • Collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
  • Solid understanding of the UPI ecosystem and transaction banking
