About this role

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Developer to join our team based in India. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building engaging and immersive learning experiences that drive behavior change across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing learning assets using various tools and technologies, including Unity, HTML5, JavaScript, WebGL, XML, JSON, and more.

This role involves:

  • Developing courses using various tools and technologies based on technical and functional requirements;
  • Creating interactive content and interfaces, including games and simulations, in collaboration with designers;
  • Designing and developing high-quality learning experiences that enhance employee engagement and bring to life the design of a course;
  • Collaborating with L&D teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning experiences at scale.

The candidate is expected to reside in India and have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
