Compliance Risk Specialist

We are seeking an Internal Auditor to lead our company's internal audit reviews, ensuring the efficiency of operational processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Independently review and assess various company areas, evaluating controls over financial reliability and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide risk assessment exercises.
- Analyze and evaluate accounting documentation and process flowcharts.
- Support investigations as directed by the Head of Internal Audit.
- Prioritize timely completion of the audit plan.
- Prepare and present reports reflecting audit results and documenting processes.
- Collaborate with the Head of Internal Audit in preparing Audit Committee Reports and papers.
- Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management interventions.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements and cost savings.
- Demonstrate experience in manufacturing industry and proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and analytical tools.
- Exhibit strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Candidates should have relevant experience, typically 2-3 years (Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager) or 5-6 years (Manager), along with qualifications such as CA/CPA.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
