About The Role- Drive process improvements through collaboration with stakeholders globally and locally, identifying opportunities for streamlining and automation.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects, including IT initiatives, to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
You will collaborate closely with product teams to ensure that products meet required standards and are fit for their intended purpose. This involves providing expertise in process management, risk mitigation, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Act as process owner for assigned pharmacovigilance and devices processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze the impact of organizational changes on assigned processes and develop corrective actions.
- Maintain business continuity plans for all respective processes, including IT applications.
- PhD, PharmD, M Pharm, BDS/MDS, BSc, MSc, or equivalent in Life Sciences.
- 5-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in pharmacovigilance.
- Experience in leading process improvement initiatives.
