Senior Risk and Compliance Professional

The Role Overview:

This Senior Risk and Compliance professional is accountable for developing and implementing comprehensive risk and compliance frameworks across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data collection and analysis: Gather data from corporate divisions to support the development of risk and compliance strategies.
  • Metric identification and development: Identify effective metrics to measure progress against strategic objectives.
  • Process establishment: Develop robust processes for ongoing measurement and reporting of risk and compliance progress.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate with teams across regions and global entities, demonstrating organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication and presentation: Clearly communicate complex information to diverse audiences, securing buy-in for initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a dedicated risk and compliance analytical role, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights and reporting.

Key Activities:

  • Work with the Risk and Compliance team to establish effective environmental and safety metrics.
  • Develop reporting dashboards with the Systems team.
  • Liaise with strategy and data owners across the organization to set up reporting processes.
  • Collect, maintain, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data for internal reporting.
  • Manage Enhesa data to monitor compliance against standards.
  • Manage location and tiering data for all locations.
  • Manage Display Screen Equipment information requests from the business.
  • Collaborate with ErgoIQ to ensure colleagues complete Display Screen Equipment training.
  • Support ad hoc insight and data requests for the business and external stakeholders.
  • Support project deployment against plans and objectives to deliver energy targets.
