As a Senior IT Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and operation of CAD design tools. Your responsibilities will include managing project setup & configurations for commercial off-the-shelf products from leading vendors, designing and supporting cloud hosting of applications for global users and third-party users, ensuring proper license management, utilization, and optimization, providing technical support for application procurement, and troubleshooting day-to-day operational issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CAD design tools, experience with commercial off-the-shelf products, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will work closely with key business stakeholders to capture, document, suggest alternatives, prioritize, and report on ongoing initiatives in alignment with IT policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and operations support of CAD design tools.
  • Manage project setup & configurations for Commercial off the shelf products.
  • Solution design and Support of Cloud hosting of applications.
  • Ensure proper license and inventory management.
  • Technical support for Application procurement.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions for day-to-day operational issues.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to undertake any tasks which may reasonably be expected within the scope of the position. The postholder is expected to adhere to the Golden Rules of Safety and the Petrofac Values.

  • Managing SmartPlant Enterprise Suite Effective Cloud hosting.
  • Managing AVEVA Suite of products - Effective Cloud Hosting.
  • All Engineering License management.
