  • Performance Management:
    • Design and implement data-driven performance management systems.
    • Facilitate regular performance reviews and goal setting.
    • Coach managers on effective performance management techniques.
    • Develop employee development programs to enhance skillsets.
    • Address performance issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
    • Create recognition and rewards programs to boost morale.
  • Workload Review and Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough workload assessments across departments.
    • Analyze job roles and responsibilities for optimal efficiency.
    • Recommend strategic staffing adjustments based on workload analysis.
    • Monitor employee productivity and satisfaction levels.
    • Implement workforce planning strategies to meet future needs.
    • Develop metrics to track workload distribution effectively.
  • Leave Management:
    • Administer all employee leave programs (vacation, sick, FMLA) in accordance with regulations.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant leave laws.
    • Process leave requests and maintain accurate documentation.
    • Coordinate coverage during employee absences seamlessly.
    • Update leave policies as needed to reflect changing regulations.
    • Generate leave utilization reports for management.
  • General HR Functions:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
    • Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations fairly.
    • Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure equity.
    • Coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees.
    • Maintain accuracy and integrity of HRIS systems.
    • Prepare HR reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
    • Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards.
