Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a high-performing team culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope.
  • Drive the strategic vision of the product by collaborating with stakeholders to grow and enhance it. Identify opportunities to improve user experience, market positioning, and scalability.
  • Utilize data analytics to understand product performance, user behavior, and market trends. Make informed decisions to optimize product growth strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Manage issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, reporting on milestones and progress.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fintech and project management. Continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies and tools.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in Fintech.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage teams across multiple functions.
  • Hands-on experience with NodeJS and a strong understanding of backend development.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new knowledge and technologies relevant to the fintech landscape.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
