Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cognos Developer to join our team. As a key member of our financial systems group, you will be responsible for building, maintaining and enhancing our Planning Analytics system for budgeting, forecasting and Actual MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop objects in TM1/Planning Analytics including cubes, rules, dimensions and MDX expressions.
  • Create and administer security at all levels, including client groups, cubes, dimensions and processes.
  • Analyze and resolve data and technical issues raised by users.
  • Have strong business process knowledge and experience with data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with Planning Analytics Workspace and Planning Analytics for Excel is highly desirable.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in developing financial systems using Cognos TM1 (Planning Analytics).
  • Strong skills in ETL Processes, Performance Optimization and Data Integration.
  • Good understanding of SQL Queries and familiarity with Cognos Analytics is highly desirable.
