Senior Solution Engineer

IBM Cognos:

  • Proven experience with designs, development, and implementation with business intelligence solutions using IBM Cognos.
  • Expert-level experience in creating reports, dashboards, and data models to help organization analyzing and visualizing data effectively in Cognos.
  • Hands-on experience in optimizing report performance and data loading processes to ensure efficient data retrieval and analysis
  • Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into the Cognos environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Experience with providing ongoing support to end-users and maintaining the Cognos environment, including troubleshooting issues and resolving report errors
  • Experience in source code management of enterprise applications using Git
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Agile SDLC
